The AOAO-SY400-6M Battery Electrode Transfer Coating Machine is used for lithium ion battery anode and cathode electrode precision coating, which is mainly composed of unwinding part, the head part, the oven part, the traction part, the winding part and the electric control part. 


The mixed slurry is uniformly coated on the substrate to ensure that the size and weight are within the process range. After drying, it is rolled up to prepare for the later process.

 

Equipment process flow chart

Substrate unwinding → Tension stabilization → Transfer coating → Drying → Tension stabilization → Traction → Rewinding and correcting
