AOAO Lab Ships Complete Set of Lithium battery Equipment for Electrochemical Laboratories to Support New Energy Research Projects
Recently, the production workshop of Xiamen AOAO New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (AOAO Lab) completed inspection, packaging and loading of a batch of complete electrochemical laboratory lithium battery equipment. The full set of equipment has departed for the customer’s laboratory, forming a comprehensive experimental hardware platform for the customer’s battery electrode research and development as well as new metal battery prototyping.
This order covers a full range of core lithium battery experimental equipment, including electrode roller press machines (electrode calendering machines), battery electrode die-cutting machines, electrode coating machines, vacuum sealing machines, vacuum chambers, glove boxes, battery spot welders, battery capacity testers and other complete electrochemical laboratory equipment. The equipment can realize the full experimental workflow, including electrode coating, calendering compaction, electrode die-cutting, cell packaging and battery performance testing. It supports the research and testing of advanced battery materials such as lithium metal foil, sodium metal sheet, battery Electrolyte and battery separator, and enables coin cell assembly and electrochemical performance investigation.
During order delivery, the technical team of AOAO Lab conducted factory commissioning strictly in accordance with the customer’s experimental scheme. Multiple rounds of testing were carried out on key indicators including the calendering precision of electrode roller presses, coating uniformity of coating machines, tightness of vacuum chambers, and water & oxygen control performance of glove boxes. Supporting auxiliary supplies such as coin cell cases and battery consumables were counted, and packing lists were double-checked to ensure no omission of equipment and supporting materials.
Given the high precision of lithium battery experimental equipment, all units are packaged with shockproof wooden crates and moisture-proof protective films in layers. Critical equipment is equipped with additional buffer protection to prevent equipment damage caused by vibration and humidity during long-distance transportation. At the loading site, staff from sales, quality inspection and warehouse departments jointly completed cargo checking and photo archiving. Equipment operation manuals and factory inspection reports were delivered together. Engineers will track the logistics progress afterwards and provide one-stop technical services including on-site installation, commissioning and operator training once the equipment arrives.
