· The whole coating machine is assembled with high-precision modular coating station structure.

· Control the coating thickness by precisely fine-tuning the coating gap of the upper scraper.

· The coating width is adjusted by two baffles in the slot. Automatic winding. (The coating width can be customized by the customer).

Maintenance methods and precautions

1. Before each work, use a soft cloth with alcohol to carefully wipe the coating head and the body to keep it clean.

2. Do not collide with the coating head, differentiator and other high-precision parts, handle with care, and adjust the differentiator symmetrically and evenly on the left and right.

3. Regularly check the screws, nuts, pins and other fasteners in various parts to prevent loosening and prevent product quality accidents.
