Another Set of Electrochemical Laboratory Equipment Packed and Shipped to Customer’s Laboratory
The workshop has been busier than usual this week. A custom‑built set of electrochemical laboratory equipment was fully packed and dispatched yesterday afternoon, heading to a new‑material R&D laboratory in another region.
The customer has purchased a complete set of sample‑preparation equipment, including an electrode Coater, a calendar roll press, and a battery electrode die‑cutting machine, for battery‑related R&D experiments on lithium‑metal foil.
After the assembly and commissioning of the equipment were completed two weeks ago, our engineers ran two consecutive rounds of test runs. They repeatedly verified coating thickness, calendering pressure and die‑cutting accuracy, and fine‑tuned parameters step‑by‑step to prevent operational instability after delivery to the customer’s site. The quality‑inspection team thoroughly checked circuits, motors and touch‑control systems. All spare parts, supporting tools and documentation were counted and packed separately into accessory cases to avoid loss or damage during transit.
Extra care was taken during packaging. Precision instruments cannot withstand rough handling in transit. All equipment edges and corners were wrapped with thick foam, before being sealed inside solid‑wood crates. Void spaces inside the crates were filled with cushioning foam. Fragile and this‑side‑up warning labels were affixed to the exterior of each package. Logistics providers were instructed to use dedicated vehicles to minimize transfer stops.
Our sales team has kept the customer informed in advance and will track shipment status in real time. Once the equipment arrives, our technical engineers will conduct on‑site installation, commissioning and basic operator training to get the equipment ready for routine laboratory work as soon as possible.
Order delivery is never the end of our service for laboratory‑grade equipment. Every procedure, from assembly and testing to shipment and on‑site commissioning, is strictly managed to reliably support customers in their early‑stage new‑material research.
