Application

The three-roll electric heated  is designed for precision rolling of pastes, graphite films/sheets, PTFE, battery electrodes, shielding materials (copper foil, aluminum foil, nickel mesh), and other non-ferrous metal materials. It is particularly suitable for laboratory-scale processing of battery materials, as well as small-scale rolling of precious metals such as gold and silver, and non-ferrous metals like copper and aluminum under controlled heating conditions. The machine allows adjustable rolling thickness and is easy to operate, making it ideal for thinning and increasing the density of lithium battery electrodes for clean energy applications.
