This AOAO-15060YZ Battery Winding Machine is a semi-automatic winding machine used for lithium cylinder battery precision winding. The working process is as follows: artificial feed the cathode and anode electrodes into the winding part, separated from the separator, according to process requirements for winding, automatic termination of adhesive tape, and the battery core automatic blanking.

Device function and features

1. Adopt single needle structure

2. Artificial feeding electrode, automatic winding, automatic needle change, automatic termination of adhesive tape and automatic blanking.

3. Adopt horizontal way to stick tape(Termination of the tape is perpendicular to the tab), tape stick flat, tape stick location can be precisely controlled and will not tighten batteries core; tape stick is stable and reliable.

4. Jelly roll winding speed adjustable

5. Two rolls of separator take the initiative to unwind, tension close-spaced switch control technology, tension can be automatically and smoothly adjusted during winding process.

6. With electrode dust removal system；

7. Separator epiboly wind up；

8. Winding finished of core without damaged, loose core and electrode dislocation phenomenon.

Easy to operate, adjust and replace the specifications simple and fast.

Technological process

The device meets the cylindrical lithium-ion battery winding technology standards: the separator is fully wrapped negative electrode, negative electrode wrapped positive electrode.

The technological process is as follows：

1. Separator preroll：Tooth cutter technology can save preroll separator length；

2. Cathode：artificial feed the positive electrode into the winding department；

Anode：artificial feed the negative electrode into the winding department；

3. Winding；

4. Changing station；

5. Separator cut off, stick termination of tape and blanking.

Winding accuracy can meet: separator alignment error＜±0.5mm；electrode alignment error ＜±0.5mm;

To achieve anode wrapped cathode, separator wrapped anode, the alignment of the finished products section±0.5mm
