AOAO-JYCM-800 is a laboratory-scale slot die coating system designed for precision thin-film coating research, especially for Lithium battery electrode coating, solar photovoltaic films, OLED materials, and polymer conductive coatings.
The system adopts a slot die flat coating method with adjustable stroke up to 800mm, enabling high-uniformity coating on sheet substrates. It is widely used in laboratory research and pilot-scale material development.
The machine supports multiple coating methods, including slot die coating, doctor blade applicator coating, four-side applicator coating, and wire rod coating, making it a flexible platform for advanced coating experiments.

How to use ?
● Put the Al/Cu foil on the vacuum plate, power on, turn on the vacuum, Al/Cu foil adsorbed on the vacuum plate;
● Place the film applicator on the Al/Cu foil;
● Start coating, the push rod automatically pushes the film applicator to move and automatically coat the film;
● Take out the film applicator and push rod, cover the heating cover, set the heating temperature and time, and conduct heating and drying;
● After drying, open the heating cover, take out the electrode after coating, then reset the film applicator.
