Full Auomatic Winding Machine For Sodium-Ion Battery Making

Introduction:

This equipment is used for making cylindrical lithium ion battery cells. Manually fix the positive and negative electrode pieces, separator, positive and negative electrode tape protective tape, termination tape and other materials on their respective discharge shafts. The equipment will automatically unwind the materials, automatically correct the deviation and position, and complete the welding of positive and negative electrode lugs, application of protective tape, winding of electric core, application of termination glue and unloading to the conveyor belt. The electric core is completed at one time in the manufacturing process, so as to reduce human intervention and damage in the process of pole piece, and improve the assembly quality of electric core.
