System Overview

The 5 channels battery sorting machine is used for automatic sorting of battery by voltage and internal resistance with a voltage internal resistance tester. It sets the different grade in the touch screen, and shifting different grades of batteries to different channels according to the judgment result.

This automatic sorting machine is composed of loading mechanism, testing mechanism, automatic sorting and receiving mechanism, etc.
The machine's system automatically sorts and collects the batteries into their respective corresponding receivers based on group information according to the user's settings

Workflow

Equipment arrangement
This automatic sorting machine consists of automatic feeder, test, automatic sorting and collector.

Manually put the integrated battery into the cache area of the automatic feeder, the automatic feeder will send the batteries to the test area one by one, after the test is finished, the pushing cylinder will send the batteries to the sorting cylinder, the sorting cylinder will put different batteries into the corresponding grade; so on and so forth, the main parts and arrangement diagram are as follows.
