SPECIFICATIONS


This AOAO-HEV220A prismatic cell auto winding machine is used in the winding process of the prismatic cell and is a fully automatic operation equipment. 

The equipment adopts the structure of multiple winding needles and single side needle drawing. The anode and cathode electrode and the separator are automatically unwinded, the electrode is automatically changed, automatic correction, and the tension is automatically detected and controlled. The electrode is introduced into the winding part by the pinch roll drive mechanism or the claw feeding mechanism, and automatically wound together with the separator according to the specified process requirements. After the winding is completed, the working position will be changed automatically, the separator will be cut off and the termination tape will be pasted. After the finished bare cell is automatically unloaded, the finished bare cell will be automatically transferred to the Tray disk after pre-pressing, Hipot detection and code scanning, and then transferred to the external strap by the unloading manipulator. Automatically scan and bind CCD Overhang inspection results, operator information, material information and other data, and save them on the local industrial PC.

Equipment Module and Functional Requirements

Hanging shaft, automatic unwinding and automatic roll changing mechanism

Function: to realize the functions of roll material fixation, automatic unwinding and automatic roll change. The electrode material preparation threading needs to avoid the hands passing through the automatic roll change cutter.

Mechanism configuration: 2 sets of anode and cathode electrodes hanging shafts, 4 sets in total, 1 set of upper and lower separator hanging shafts, 2 sets in total; The unwinding direction can be set and switched on the touch screen, and the hanging axle with the same function can be enabled by button switching.

Requirements:

The hanging shaft is loaded and fixed by mechanical tension, and the hanging shaft is equipped with a scale (to facilitate the adjustment of the edge position of the material after loading).

The hanging shaft shall be equipped with a positioning block gauge or edge detection mechanism to facilitate rapid positioning during loading. The guide roller near the hanging shaft shall be equipped with a refueling pressing block/roller (manual operation, position detection) to avoid the impact on the material edge during manual refueling. At the same time, the positioning block gauge or edge detection mechanism shall be fixed in consideration of the impact of the inertia force of material propulsion.

The electrode can be automatically changed. Automatic changing time ≤ 30s. Under manual mode, touch screen operation or button operation can be performed to realize automatic roll change.

It has the function of automatic detection before the end of the electrode and separator with tail mark, and can also judge the end of the coil by checking the ending non coating materials or calculating the coil diameter (coil diameter detection deviation ≤± 1%).

Verticality of hanging shaft in expanded state ≤ 0.3mm.

The anode and cathode hanging shafts are 6 inches, and the diaphragm hanging shafts are 3 inches.

The scheme of separating the electrode hanging shaft on both sides of the winding needle is preferred, and the height of the hanging shaft of the upper electrode shall be ≤ 1700mm.

All hanging shaft can be set and switched on the touch screen. The hanging shaft of the same material can be manually switched through buttons to meet the hanging shaft function.

The maximum bearing weight of the electrode hanging shaft is ≥ 300kg, and the automatic unwinding mechanism can meet the requirements that the incoming winding diameter of the electrode is ≤ 700mm; Maximum bearing weight of separator hanging shaft ≥ 100kg, incoming roll diameter ≤ 350mm.
