Introduction

The 150-ton four-column hydraulic press with the same service is a type of hydraulic press with the same service produced by our company. It features a three-beam and four-column structure, which is simple, economical and practical. It is equipped with a PLC and servo hydraulic control system, offering high precision and good flexibility. This hydraulic press is suitable for the pressing process of metal materials, such as metal stamping and bending, flanging, thin plate stretching, and the press-fitting, straightening, and cold extrusion of metal parts. It can also achieve the pressing and forming process of plastic products and powder products.

Features

The machine body adopts a three-beam and four-column structure: it is composed of an upper crossbeam, a worktable, columns, a main cylinder, a hydraulic power system and an electrical system, etc. 

1.The upper crossbeam and the worktable are welded with high-quality steel plates and undergo vibration aging treatment to eliminate internal stress. The columns are made of high-quality 45# steel, and all four columns are surface medium-frequency quenched and gold-plated, and are equipped with lubrication devices. 

2. The cylinder body is made of high-quality 45# forged steel, and the surface of the piston rod is treated with medium-frequency quenching, ensuring a long service life. The main components of the oil cylinder adopt high-quality material sealing rings to ensure reliable sealing. 

3. Both the workbench and the slide beam are equipped with T-slots to facilitate the installation of molds by users.
