Operation method:

The term "grinding fineness" is defined as a reading from a fineness plate under specific test conditions,This reading indicates the abrasive particles depth of dispersed solid particles in case of it can be distinguish.The abrasive particles used must be dry and clean and placed on the surface of a flat object.The test article as the test material is poured into the bottom of the groove.Hold the scraper blade with your hand at the right angle and smooth speed longitudinal pressure it to fineness plate.Sufficient downward pressure should be applied to the blade to clean the surface of the abrasive particles while filling the groove with particles.By observing the fineness plate, under the appropriate angle and scraping angle, immediately record the measured grinding fineness.Pay attention to the time along the groove when the raw material shows a prominent speckled surface, and note the number of graduations between 5 and 10 in a 3mm wide groove,Use the higher number of scales as the grinding fineness, regardless of when the speckled surface starts to appear,any scattered spots on the tape. Clean immediately after using the fineness plate.

Maintenance and repair:

1. Scraper surface and scraper crossing should not be bumped

2. Wash and apply anti-rust oil after use

3. Regularly check the straightness of the scraper and the blade for one year, and repair it in time if it does not meet the standards
