The weather has been terrible these days with non-stop rainfall and damp air, creating extra hurdles for packing this batch of export equipment. Dehumidifiers ran nonstop in the warehouse, and our workers did not let their guard down for a single moment—we could not risk metal fittings rusting due to humid weather and compromising the equipment quality during transit.
This full set of Lithium battery lab gear bound for a university laboratory in the Middle East mainly consists of an electrode roll press paired with a vacuum sealer, a customized complete lab system ordered by the school’s new energy research group. In recent years, universities across the Middle East have been vigorously developing electrochemistry and energy storage majors. After comparing manufacturers from multiple suppliers, they finally chose AOAO Lab. They value our equipment’s compatibility with small-batch laboratory sample preparation, stable user-friendly operation, as well as our after-sales service coverage for overseas clients.
Shipping procedures became far more complicated on rainy days. After production, every piece of equipment was thoroughly cleaned and dried, then wrapped in multiple layers of moisture-proof and rust-resistant film. Custom thick shockproof solid wooden crates were built externally, with desiccants filled in every gap. Even user manuals, spare consumables and tool kits were individually sealed in waterproof plastic bags. We took all these layered protective measures to counter moisture risks caused by both the rainy weather and long-distance sea freight. Our workshop staff worked overtime to supervise packing and loading around the clock to prevent any rain damage to the machines.
After three full days of busy preparation, the complete equipment set was securely loaded onto trucks and sent to the port for shipment. Once delivered to the university in the Middle East, these instruments will support daily research and teaching tasks including student thesis experiments, pouch battery sealing and electrode material calendaring.
Inquiries for laboratory equipment from universities in the Middle East have risen sharply recently, and the rainy weather cannot slow down our pace of overseas expansion. We will keep tracking the logistics progress closely, looking forward to the safe arrival of our equipment at the overseas laboratory. Domestic lab-scale lithium battery research equipment will support new energy research for students abroad.
